RPM dips below 600 after reving

Hey Guys, so when warmed up our cars idle at about 600. Today I noticed that when I rev'd it in the garage , it would dip below to about

Today I noticed that when I rev'd it in the garage , it would dip below to about 400 and then go back up to 600 again car is 2019 nismo with 1800 miles, is this normal?
