First gear clutch sound

I have had my Z for almost a year and had the same sound. Had the guys at my shop look into it and they flushed out the old clutch

Had the guys at my shop look into it and they flushed out the old clutch fluid. Seemed to have made it quieter but this is norm for our cars.
