Rpm flutter while coastin to stop

I've got a similar thing, though mine happens with the clutch pressed in when coasting... if I take it out of gear it stops. Been going on for a couple

I've got a similar thing, though mine happens with the clutch pressed in when coasting... if I take it out of gear it stops. Been going on for a couple of years and my tuner is in another state and doesn't really do remote stuff much so I just live with it.
