Hi, I just moved from TX to South Florida, I have a 2013 with 10K miles. It's Hot here today, with high humidity, my car suddenly started running very sluggish

It's Hot here today, with high humidity, my car suddenly started running very sluggish during acceleration. Is it a combination of the heat and humidity?. Oil was up to 230F. Running Mobil 1. Never had these problems in TX, kind of confused since I have no check engine light, other than the hesitation and sluggish acceleration. Anyone have any input....
