Throttle sluggish/ response issue.

I have gone through every post and threads regarding this issue. I work at
Porsche(TECH) and have been around cars and heavy diagnostics for some time so not new to vehicle electrical/drive-ability issues.I bought my 2011 just a little under a month ago and this issue bothers the living s**t out of me. I have closely inspected for any abnormalities or noises on vehicle without any weird discoveries. I have cleaned my MAF sensors, throttle bodies, adjusted both brake pedal switches, reset the ECU and blew out the already clean air filters.
New engine oil(mobil 1) and new gear oil. Oil temps do not climb above 220-230F.

After I adjusted both switches the problem went away for merely like 10-15 miles and came back. Every time I start the car the throttle response is great and the car pulls hard starting at 2500rpm to redline for a little bit then back to getting good power at 4000rpm and absolutely f***ing nothing below that . A/C on or off don't matter.

Some professional/ experienced insight would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for slammin another post regarding this. I use only 93 octane. This is definitely not a normal problem. Thanks!
