Default Z1 light weight flywheel question

Hey guys I tried to search this first so here's my question I just recently installed z1 Csc delete along with light weight flywheel six puck clutch and pressure plate with the solid transmission mount. Since the install it's making an insane amount of chatter and I know I'm suppose to hear chatter but this is wild. think like a tin can half full of nuts and bolts

It's not too bad in neutral, the car is silent with the clutch pushed but engage the clutch and take off and the chatter is louder than my exhaust delete pipes.

On top of that my clutch pedal is dead till about half way down and if I let go quick enough it seems to almost stick coming about half way up thinking this has to do with the csc delete kit.

I had a shop that I trust do the work but I'm thinking something isn't right with the noise and the pedal I'm sure they are separate issues just wondering what you guys have to say on the matter

I've not got the exact setup you have so I'm not sure this will work for you. I'm running the HD CSC and a south bend light weight flywheel. I experience some chatter on initial takeoff, but not too bad. Driving slowly in 1st or 2nd, lugging the engine causes some chatter as well. Very slight noise at idle when warm.
You can remove some of the play at the top of the pedal by adjusting the stopper / cruise control switch. Loosen the lock nut, 14mm, and rotate the switch assembly. You may need to disconnect the crusie switch if you need to turn the switch more that a turn or two.
To raise the operating range of the clutch, you can adjust the master cylinder rod. Loosen the lock nut, 12mm, and rotate the rod clockwise not more than one turn max. This may take a few adjustments to get it right as it's pretty sensitive.
My pedal did the same thing when I drove it home from the shop, it would stick coming up, and my clutch operating range was way to close to the floor for me.
Be sure to leave a little free play at the top of the pedal, 1/2in or more.

But as far as the noise go do you think it should be as loud as my exhaust delete pipes around 2000 rpm in gear driving down the road it seems like more than a bit of gear chatter

No, I don't think that's normal. Under load it should be quiet IMO. Have you contacted Z1?

Lightweight flywheel and a puck clutch? The noise is normal. The pedal feel issue is either an adjustment issue or it needs to be bled again.

I think the nvh you're hearing is that solid transmission mount. It's really harsh. I had it in for 10 minutes.

So just to update on this I took the solid trans mount off to find out it was improperly built it was incredibly loose and the screw that locks it in place was completely missing it's hole so I rebuilt it and while I was down there installed solid motor mounts ! I'm happy to say it's so much better I love the combo the power feels so direct the throttle instant ! There is still chatter at idle as there should be but the chatter at speed is gone ( there is a whine through all the gears at most speeds but again it is normal with solid mounts )
