Transmission shifting problem

The shop was incompetent. They refused to install the elimination kit saying they would void the warranty. I'm pretty sure they just didn't know how to install it. I argued

They refused to install the elimination kit saying they would void the warranty. I'm pretty sure they just didn't know how to install it. I argued with them saying I didn't care about the warranty the csek IS a warranty. Still refused. Clutch is definitely screwy. So mad. Don't want to take it back there either
