Default CSC Failed - Need Help Fast Please

I had my 2009 Z serviced last week. It has 65K miles on it, I am the original owner. I complained that the clutch felt soft. They charged me $252 to drain and flush the clutch fluid and replace with DOT4 GTR fluid. The clutch pedal still felt like crap all weekend. This morning it went to the floor and exhibited all signs of CSC failure that have been described on this board.
The car is at the dealer now. Here is what they said:

Replace CSC. Entails dropping the transmission to get to it. Repair cost is $1595
Replace Master Clutch Cylinder. Repair cost is $356. Total for both is $1951

I thought the CSC is the cylinder located at the upper left rear by the reservoir for the clutch fluid ?

Are they F.O.S. and trying to hose me for $1951 ? Please help. Thanks guys
