That is the code for the park/neutral switch located near bottom of shifter. FSM will have diagnosis and R&R procedures. Edit: Switch may be located somewhere else and I'm thinking

Edit: Switch may be located somewhere else and I'm thinking of lockout mechanism. FSM will tell ya.
