*Update*

So took it to Z Specialists and they are also stumped on why it is doing what it is doing. We removed the plugs and they weren't the best, however weren't destroyed either. It seemed to figure itself out since then. fuel trims have returned to some what normal but it comes and goes. However my power has now disappeared. Car feels sluggish and slow to respond, almost like the handbrake is up all the time. It has coughed a couple of times on cold startup and you can still hear a gentle mis fire here and there. Something is still wrong.

When using the torque app I can see MID:$21 TID:$82 Catalyst Monitor Bank 1 and MID:22 TID: $80Catalyst Monitor Bank 2 are not "OK" when it does it's check. However as of 2 days ago , Catalyst Monitor Bank1 is now OK but Bank 2 is still "Not OK" . It's also giving me a general "Mis fire" via the misfire monitor. I have also added a quick look at the o2 sensor on catalyst bank 2. just before the dip you will see a small bilp in the line, that is most of the time the mis-fire occuring maybe up to 3 times together.

It isn't throwing any fault codes now either.

Do you think it's a Fuel Pump/Pressure/Flow Issue?

Did you ever do a pressure/flow test?? Lack of fuel and plugged exhaust will have the same severe lack of power feel. You really need to start doing some testing.

Did you ever get a lean bank code?

No lean bank code has come up. We haven't pressure Flow tested yet.

It started this morning a little unhappy. We are going to put the car back to stock ( exhaust and intakes) on the weekend. and see how it runs for a week.

I doubt that's gonna help as most every single person in here has exhaust and intake with no issues. Looks like your going down the guessing route rather than true diag. This almost 100% garanteed time wasted.

I would definitely check fuel pressure. I would also check the compression on that side of the engine.
