Clicking noise from rear

Just noticed recently a clicking sound coming from the rear of my car when going from park to reverse or drive. I have a 2010 automatic. The car drives perfectly fine and only happens when parked and switching gears.

Thanks appreciate the help. I'm not much of a mechanic and that thread hits the nail on the hear. I have ano extended 100k mile silver warranty. Is it worth trying at the dealership or better off finding a local mechanic to do it?
