Need help - Car issues

So say I get the water/meth 50/50 mix, should I be okay? Or should I still take it in?

I always ran 50/50, just because it removes the risk of a leak causing a fire. But you still need to take it to a tuner ASAP. You need to see what the old tune was like and if you caused damage running it without meth.
