I bought a 25 row oil cooler from a forum member that's a buddy of mine and he could not remember if the plate was considered thermostatic or not just

Thermostatic or not?? Pics included. Bought cooler off member
I bought a 25 row oil cooler from a forum member that's a buddy of mine and he could not remember if the plate was considered thermostatic or not just wanted to make sure in preparation so I let the car warm up on cold days or if it's protected by thermostatic valve. It's an older series STILLEN cooler. I know all their modern kits come automatically with the thermostatic plate I just wanted to make sure
