4,5 dots is normal for me after a bit of driving. If you're driving around at 130 for 5 minutes in 31 degrees C ( 90 degrees F) in the UAE, I'd def recommend a bigger radiator.

The Stillen kit is an air-to-water intercooler with a very small heat exchanger. The GTM kit has a hefty air-to-air intercooler which might be blocking too much of the radiator. The air that would hit your intercooler directly when stock now has to go through a 4" inctercooler core and now that air is much warmer when it hits the radiator.

Get an upgraded radiator (CSF), make sure you're running straight water+water wetter, and make sure the fan tables are set to come on much sooner than stock. That will likely help a lot.
