Flat plane crankshaft?

I would definitely be more difficult to implement than in a V8 application. You could fire 3 cylinders at a time, but the motor would be unbalanced. That's probably why

I would definitely be more difficult to implement than in a V8 application. You could fire 3 cylinders at a time, but the motor would be unbalanced. That's probably why it hasn't been done (im assuming it hasn't been done).
