Rattle and chatter from transmission

Hey guys, I'm noticing a chatter and rattle type noise when I start off moving in 1st gear. Noise goes away after 2k rpm or so when going into 2nd.

Noise goes away after 2k rpm or so when going into 2nd. I noticed this usually only happens when the car is hot and I've been working the 1-2 shift a lot. So it doesn't happen when I first start driving the car. Transmission is also brand new. Any ideas if this is normal? OEM clutch and flywheel. Usually a lightened flywheel will make this noise not an oem setup. Any input? Thabks
