Default z1 25 row oil cooler question

2014 Z, stillen g3 intakes.

yesterday a shop installed my z1 25 row oil cooler with setrab core, protective hose wrapping and the sandwich thermostatic plate.

the hose lines are in front of my intakes and are near / touching my bumper from the inside. will that melt or damage my bumper from the inside or damage my filters ? after driving, i touched the outside of my bumper and it was warm. just the passenger side cause thats where the hoses are. the protective hose wrapping should keep it the heat under control right ?. should i be worried ?

the shop said thats the best way they can run the hose lines cause of my stillen g3 intakes.

Why didn't they mount the hoses from the bottom like in ModShacks DIY, it shouldn't be anywhere near your G3 Filters at all. Heres a Link: DIY: Oil Cooler (scratch built install, lottsa pics).....>.
:At the bottom you can see the hoses are ran through the bottom.

Also can you post a Picture. I have never seen anyone run the Oil Cooler hoses anywhere near the "Intakes" as described. I might be getting the wrong image here.

Hmm, Without pictures I cant be much of help, however with the Zip ties I don't believe they should be touching you're bumper at all.

Edit: Found what seems to be my understanding. the shop should have ran the lines from the bottom instead of the top. you would have Total clearance and no rubbing. anyways GL
