So I thought the issue was fixed, and the car was running great for a couple days after the swap, but now it's right back to it. Any ideas? Doesn't

So I thought the issue was fixed, and the car was running great for a couple days after the swap, but now it's right back to it. Any ideas? Doesn't want to start up, but it will on occasion, and it will be a really rough and inconsistent idle. I'm at a total loss.
