I shift slow (just hold it at the gate and wait for it to fall in) on upshifts, and on most downshifts I let SRM help me to do a double clutch downshift. I have to double clutch my little ford ranger with 255k miles or it wont go into gear and big rigs for work....so I get a LOT of practice.
