It's more for reliability, We have not had any issues with either one but obviously this is still fairly new, The double sealed version is built like a tank, Double seals, Anodized aluminum piston etc. I have had the regular one in my car for a little over 6 months now with no issues using a stage 2 clutch kit and have installed some locally as well with no issues. Replacement standard slave is only $20, Rebuild kit for premium slave is around $20 as well and takes 5 minutes to change if ever needed. We don't see the slaves ever really being an issue and is the reason we use the one we do, It's been a very reliable unit in the models it was originally used in.
