Great write up on the EDFC install - any issues reinstalling the strut tower brace after the EDFC motors have been installed? Is there any clearance issue or issue keeping the wire from the EDFC motors clear of the strut tower brace?

No issues with the strut tower brace. The EDFC motors are very low profile and sink pretty deep into the top of the struts. I believe the EDFC motors are the same and just the controllers is what's different. The wires can be in the way so you'll have to cable tie them down using your best judgment so they stay out of the way.

I have the new version of the control unit but everything should be the same for wiring and work. I just purchased some mono sports from another on the forum and ill get them installed and going when i have a free weekend and post any updates or feedback. This is a great DIY and i love the checkpoints. Considering that i tend to drool on myself and drag my knuckles when working on my car i should be ok as long as i follow the directions. Installing the suspension is easy..doing the wiring is more challenging for me.
