I understand you need the links with the washers but would using new camber arms in the rear also require enlarging the toe bolt holes? I apologize if i sound new to this, because i am just trying to understand

Toe is adjusted with the adjusting bolt on the rear lower link. Many have reported adjusting the toe within specs without enlarging the hole for an aftermarket adjusting bolt like the SPC.
Camber is adjusted with the front lower link, what SPL calls a camber link. The larger adjustment in the arm replaces the small adjustment with the cam bolt.
