Removing OEM spoiler

Hey guys having trouble removing my OEM spoiler... Searched every thread on google and even looked at a diagram... still no luck. So far i know that there are 2

Searched every thread on google and even looked at a diagram... still no luck. So far i know that there are 2 bolts and 2 nuts with 3m tape I've only found the 2 nuts under the liner/spoiler and can't seem to find the other 2 bolts.
