I press the start button to acc on, ensure my audio was off, pushed and hold the volume knob, rotate it clockwise (tried the counter-clockwise as well) a few clicks (3-10 clicks), and I have nothing. However, I believe it will only work on the 2010+ models since the 2009 Navi is different from my sources.
