DIY: Weight reduction/Fix hatch not opening issue

Home bored today and last night I had some groceries and remembered how it sucked to lift and hit button, so...

Guess its an 09 thing just like you Noveske I don't have an bolts. At first I was like wtf is DE5 talking about, because I can just pull all panels off.

Now let me read up on that clutch helper spring..........
