DIY: Blacked Out Fangs...

Would you recommend doing this with flat/matte black instead of satin black? I'm not sure how shiny it gets but I definitely do not want it to be glossy oh,

oh, and what grit do you recommend for sanding?

I feel flat/matte would be the best. Thay's what I'm going to do. I've already bought the paint. Just need to find the time. I feel this will look great next to my GM on my ride. I like the dull look.

I agree.. especially since my wheels are matte black and my vinyl is duller than the di-noc cf

hey did you sand and primer the fang?? or did you just spray painted over oem coating? how is durability?

Waiting on the sides to pull it all together. Take your time and the project will go smooooth! Painted the scooter, droped it, removed windsheild and fliped the handlebars while we did the Z....gangster!

Did my fangs and rear valance this weekend using Plasti-Dip. I can peel it off whenever, if ever I get tired of it

if you guys know anyone with this kinda setup who also has blacked out emblems please reply lol... I'm debating, I would like to see it before I do it... Google didn't show up any good results.

I did this and the blacked out emblems, I dont have my headlights or roof done though. Pics are attached. Sorry, theyre small.
