Yes, and only if you are sure thats you're only problem having to get charged for the battery and do warranty work for the rest? would be cheaper to just

Yes, and only if you are sure thats you're only problem
having to get charged for the battery and do warranty work for the rest? would be cheaper to just eat the cost of the battery and not replace it with yours then to have them blame the issue on a non oem battery and not warranting the rest of your issues? or do you have aftermarket parts that maybe causing your issue?
