Battery Disconnect Required?

Hey guys!

I'm getting ready to install my Z1 fog light. Do I need to disconnect the battery before I start cutting wires and what not?

Better safe than sorry. Think of it this way, if you disconnect the battery, no chance of causing a short. If you don't, there's a good chance you will. Why take the risk?
