from the looks of things i would suggest opening the headlight and cleaning the inside very well and reseal it. That would be the only way to clean those water marks that you get. I would also suggest placing one of those desicant paks inside the back of the housing just to absorb any moisture that may get back in. That is what I have to do to one of mine.
