DIY: Replace dreaded steering-lock on 2009s and early 2010s.

my fused was pulled (thanks for the info BTW) so I declined to have the fix when I took my car in for head gasket replacement today. think i'll call

my adviser said that Nissan would be reimbursing people who paid for this out of pocket and that they would have to fill out some form.
