How do you remove the roof paneling

I have a rattle inside my rear roof paneling. I need to remove this paneling and prevent myself from losing my mind :P Does any body have any idea. I don"t even know where to start.

Are you absolutely sure it's in the roof?

I recently had a rattle that was driving my nuts, but it was one of the caps on top of the strut bar behind the seats. I sounded like it was the cargo cover so I kept taking the cover out and trying to adjust it, then I drove without the cover and found that it wasn't it at all.

I bore you with the story because that one little piece was making a major noise in the back.
