Double checked the wiring & very sure that wiring has been done right, oem nav screen works fine & operates the way it should but still on backup image. You mentioned about the plug & play harness...initially the harness adapter end to oem nav screen wouldn't simply slide in without some effort b/c a portion of this plug was sitting high. I've emailed tech support at Navitool & waiting response.
