I've emailed tech support but in the mean time I've been looking into the wiring. I'm convinced it's because the loom is wrong for my car. Checking the wiring I can see it's trying to switch the correct cables when looking at the US schematics. I think the UK schematics must be different. Strange, you would have thought the screens would be the same for both.
I wonder if my screen is the same as the 2010 ones in the US? Maybe the other type of switcher will work. However, I don't have the reversing camera option on the screen menu...
