Usually, the last character or two in Nissan part numbers is a revision number. In your case, the old IPDM is revision 0A and the new one is 6A.

There's a good chance that your 0A was only used in very early years (2009 and maybe 2010) and most people will have 1As and above. I'm guessing that a 6A would support DRLs whereas an 0A would not.
