hi guys and gals I have a friend that has a 2010 370z we would like to put some drl on his car where the parking lights and I cant

hey guys

hi guys and gals I have a friend that has a 2010 370z we would like to put some drl on his car where the parking lights and I cant figure out how to turn on parking lights I can see a led bulb there but nothing turns on is there a way to wire these lights to where they can become drl? any help would be appreciated
