I always bleed with the car off, then after bleeding, start the car on jackstands, and either have someone else hold the brake down under pressure to look for leaks,

I always bleed with the car off, then after bleeding, start the car on jackstands, and either have someone else hold the brake down under pressure to look for leaks, or hold it down myself for a few seconds before shutting off and getting out to check for leaks.
Bleed order is RR, LF, LR, RF, but you can also do RR, LR, RF, LF, and I always bleed the outer bleeders first, though I don't know if that really matters or not.
