Removing deep scratches in polished metal?

So I bought some used Stillen G3 intakes and the tubes are all scratched to hell. They work great but cosmetically speaking look like they got keyed, any one know

Default Removing deep scratches in polished metal?

So I bought some used Stillen G3 intakes and the tubes are all scratched to hell. They work great but cosmetically speaking look like they got keyed, any one know of a way to "buff" out the deep scratches?

As an alternative I was thinking of wrapping them in something to hide the blemishes...either some thin sheet metal or something. Any ideas?
