Window scratches

I noticed on my passenger side a bunch fine scratches, I'm guessing from one time or another I put the window down with some dirt on there... I'm pretty uptight about it because the car is so new, and wondering if this should even be a big problem with the glass on our car?

I feel they can be polished out, I have attempted fixing them before on other cars, but if it will keep happening not sure I will bother.

Any comments appreciated
