I was able to get all of the dent out with the heat gun. Just heat up the painted side and apply hand pressure to the back side of the bumper. Make sure you do not heat it up to extreme temps (if you're using a heat gun.) I think a hair blow dryer would be safer and less likely to overheat the bumper.
