scratched paint behind front plate holder

So I removed my front plate holder only to find 2 little nicks ib the paint.. I kinda don't like it just, hangin out like that.. should I seal these?

I kinda don't like it just, hangin out like that.. should I seal these? If so what kind of product should I use? Kinda pissed they tapped the holes in the matte black piece there too. >=\|
