if no choice and have to use over the counter, i would use Meg's Gold Class. i use Griot's CarWash + their dispensing pump. far more lubricity (good), very good

i use Griot's CarWash + their dispensing pump. far more lubricity (good), very good cleaning, better scent, and bio-degradable... and pretty cheap which is great. luv their red washbuckets too.
