Had it on the seats of my 06 TBSS and it hates cleaners. Best method I've been able to devise is a spray bottle with some woolite, mist onto a microfiber towel and blot at any dirt.

Unfortunately, you can't help it since ou grab the door handle everytime you enter and leave the car (always when leaving)... and the door handle has that suede/Alcantara on it!
I think i'll try that 3M fabric guard you spray on since it appears there is very little you can do to clean it after it gets dirty. I suppose it's more of a preventative method rather than corrective one.
