after market alarm anyone from the GTA, got?

I picked up my Z today. The alarm works great. (Viper Smart Start GPS) It is a modular alarm system. It is not a simple single part number. There is a control module, GPS module and vehicle specific cable system. It works with the factory alarm well. I can use my phone to arm, disarm or start the car. I can use the factory fab to do all of those things too. I can lock/unlock and arm/disarm with the button on the door as well. The imobilizer works too. If you do not hit the brake within like 15 seconds of being in range of the ignition, when you open the door the car will shut off. You can monitor the vehicle and get alerts via smart phone. It has GPS features as well. You can set bounderies, speed limits, etc. It was a bit pricey but it works very well. I am happy with it.

I'm trying to find a viper without the immobilizer and ignition start. I just want the alarm and if your saying it works with our oem alarm then that's even better. I need to take my Z in somewhere to get the alarm checked out, it doesn't work and I'm not sure if it ever did. Bought new.
