My shift points were around 3-3.5K and my first oil change was at 2400kms. But my oil was much cleaner than yours looks in the pictures. If you still have some of that old oil left, maybe you should have it analyzed (?). BTW, I am using a magnetic drain plug and a magnetic "clamp" around my oil filter to attract metal that's circulating in the engine.
