Anyone in toronto have a 370?

right now i am also thinking about the 328i and 335i. To me the 370z is tooo much since i can own the 328i with extra compared to leasing the

To me the 370z is tooo much since i can own the 328i with extra compared to leasing the 370z. Or i could lease a 335i with extra compared to leasing the 370z. Right now i don't get why you would have to pay over 80% to lease the car. The 328i is only about 45%.
