5% all around never been stopped by the cops, been pulled over once for speeding, only thing he bitched about besides my speed was the nitrous. I had 5% all around on my Cobalt SS/SC and only thing i got pulled over for was my exhaust was to loud before i got it welded up, didnt say anything about tint.
From what my friend told me when i first moved to edmonton is, if you dont act like a retard on the streets, cops wont normally bother you. Heres tint on both my cars...
