Depends. You want luxury/class or speed/value. They both handle well, the Z slightly better b/c it's more purpose built, but it really comes down to what you want.

buttttt the z is hott too. BUT do you want 2 seater or 4 seater? small/roomy? those are good questions you have to decide first.

A member did a post( I believe he works for a BMW dealership)That some BMW's were having a bad time when they turned 30,000 miles. Like totally re-move the engine for repairs. I searched for that post, but I can't find it!

as i was shopping for 370z today around the gtas, i stuble onto a BMW dealers up on dixie i think it was.. and i saw the new M3 with 400hp and said to my self thats my dream car YO!! but then again i dont even bother looking at the price because i would know the reactions from my face be like haha. and then the 328i coupe catches my eyes! damn yo, she is sexaaay! i luv it! price range about the same. more room witch is a plus, classy witch is awesome. 230hp im fine with that. imean with a car that has class of its own, there shouldnt be any raging racing to or for anyone... i done alot of shopping around for the new 370z and got some really good discount. some goes as far as 51 OTD! but now it seem like im starting wheels shopping all over again.. 328i coupe BMW! its sexy. thats all i have to say...

Both are different beasts. The BMW is very practical; the Z lights-up all your senses. However, the Z has very little useable space. Today my wife had a civic event where she just happen to win several prizes. Before she left, I told her she should take a different car if she needed to haul anything. Guess who receives the call to come and pickup her winnings as they would not fit into the Z?! You'll be just as happy with BMW for different reasons as you will Z for different reasons.

The BMW is gorgeous, very classy, and practical. If you feel you need that at your stage in life than go for it...especially if you don't have another vehicle.

If your young and just wanna have fun than go for the Z. You only live once and got nothing to lose...well except your license and potentially your life if your not careful.

If it was the 335ci vs. the 370z, that's easier. The tunability of the 335ci is amazing. Chip and exhaust and you're in the 12's or something.

Personally I would never get a 328, however a 335 in the other hand.... but that's just too much compared to the Z.
