I know what you mean. It's hard for me to trust any dealership myself. Most deny issues when they're clearly problems that need to be fixed. They kiss your a55 up to the point you hand over the cash for the sale. After that's done, it's downhill haha. This happened with my previous Acura TSX.
But I got my car from Avenue Nissan and they've been good, so I go back for service. I've had no issues with them to date and they're very polite. The only thing I dislike is the service hours. They don't open on weekends and they close pretty early on weekdays.
