I'm not sure about this, but isnt admin charges for lease/finances only?

No idea WTF admin fees are, I was happy enough about getting the Z as my first car that I didn't really give a damn lol.

BMW are way over rated for a car that falls apart after 3 years.

That is "Bovine Scatology" (ie: B.S.). BMW makes very good automobiles. In fact, they rival Nissan's quality. I mean, I love my Nissan... but to say that "blanket statement" about BMW's....?! Come on.

Everybody I have ever known that has had a Beamer for over 3 yrs complains about how much they begin to break down. So I will stand by my statement.

They are hella fun, when NEW.

$500 / month is alot of money to pay on something you don't really own.....unless you like changing cars every couple of years.

Considering how much you may end up driving the car because you enjoy it so much a lease may work against you if the lease limits the number of miles per year you can put on the car AND / OR contracts you to pay for all wear & tear.

If you can't buy it through some finance means I would NOT recommend leasing it.

They make good cars, yes. Quality cars? No.

How many old bmw's do you see on the road? 99% of them are brand-spankin new. This is due to the fact that they cannot withstand the test of time.

Nope. It's a fee for doing up the paperwork. The last vehicle I bought new in 2003 the fee was not included in the delivery charge back then but was tacked on separately. I refused to pay it and got up to walk out the door. They dropped the $300 fee.
