Looking to buy 370z base auto or some other coupe tomorrow

I just called the dealer's cell and apparently the $42,000 doesn't even include the $1635, I will be paying BMW for early return. So in sum, I don't get ANY

So in sum, I don't get ANY discounts AT ALL? wtf is this.... $42,000 includes freight/pdi and approx $400 worth of damage repair for current bmw...and $1635, I'll have to shell out more for the remaining payments to bmw... PS: Auto MSRP is $41,990 + freight/pdi = $43,500ish~ So in all, what am I gaining from this...(considering covering bmw payments)
